libbeidlib3-dev software package provides beID library, version 3 API, development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbeidlib3-dev
libbeidlib3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbeidlib3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbeidlib3-dev *
You will get with libbeidlib3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
